The annual general meeting for Ren Shin Kan is scheduled to take place on the 24th May at 19:30-20:30 this places it between the 2 evening classes to give the greatest opportunity for people to attend with the minimum disruption to classes or personal timetables.

It is not expected to take the full hour and both classes are still expected to run (albeit with a slightly reduced duration).
