The first UKA national course of 2019 will be held at Ren Shin Kan dojo on the 20th January. The teaching schedule is as follows:

• 10:00 - N. Mould

• 11:05 - G. Jones

• 12:00 - Lunch

• 12:30 - P. Smith

• 13:35 - TBC

There will be a 10 minute break in between each class, please bring a packed lunch with you.
Valid proof of insurance will be required.
